環境、社會、治理（ESG）資訊的揭露對於亞洲的企業來說已不陌生，除了台灣以外，新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國等地的主管機關也有針對上市公司要求相關資訊的公開。其中馬來西亞證交所（Bursa Malaysia）在2015年公佈了相關揭露規定，新加坡證交所（The Singapore Exchange ）則是在2016年開始要求上市公司發布年度的永續報告。

In recent years, ESG Investing has garnered more and more investor attention and finally in 2020, it has become the rage of the investment community. Invesco’s Solar ETF and WilderHill Clean Energy ETF fetched the best returns amongst all ETF funds, returning 238% and 220% year to date, respectively. 荷蘭真的比較性別平權嗎？真實數據血淋淋，有一種幻想破滅的衝擊

前陣子看到一份今年十月發行的《荷蘭百大企業的性別平權報告》 (Assessing 100 leading companies on workplace equality)，其中一個結論讓人好笑又淡淡地哀傷： “In the 100 Dutch companies, there are more men named Peter (five) than female CEOs (four). The four companies with a female CEO are: Intertrust, PostNL, Wolters Kluwer, and DSM (female co-CEO).“ 沒錯，荷蘭百大企業中，叫彼得的男性 CEO 總共有 5 位（彼得是荷蘭男性菜市場名之一），還比女性 CEO 總數多 1 位（僅 4%）。不知道大家看到這個數字的心情是否跟我一樣？

賈伯斯17年前開始下單郭董，締造了鴻海5兆元霸業...為何台灣攻電動車仍不脫這曠世天才的理念？

鴻海（2317）去年發起的電動車技術平台MIH，希望打造出有如「電動車Android版」的公版平台，讓各家合作夥伴可以在共用的底盤平台上，自行以軟體打造出各具特色的產品，這個概念稱之為軟體定義汽車（software defined vehicle，SDV）。若根據MIH執行長鄭顯聰及技術長魏國章的說法，MIH理念及願景，從重視使用者體驗甚於技術、軟體為先，到打造一個有如iPhone App Store的開放線上市場，背後多少都可看到已故蘋果執行長賈伯斯（Steve Jobs）的影子或理念。或許可以說，從2004年賈伯斯開始與鴻海洽談研發第一代iPhone，到2020年鴻海營收超過5兆元台幣，到今天MIH希望創造的台灣電動車生態系，賈伯斯及蘋果公司，都在不同時點發揮了形式各異的影響力。

因應近年能源轉型快速發展，台電全力推動智慧電網。台電說明，新加坡電力SP集團(Singapore Power Ltd)自2018年起發布智慧電網發展指標（Smart Grid Index,SGI），每年評比各電力公司的智慧電網發展狀況。2021年在世界86間事業體中，台電由去年全球第10名躍升為第2名，表現獲得國際肯定，台電將持續布建智慧電表、擴大儲能系統，強化數位科技於電網管理的應用，為台灣智慧電網發展努力。
